Marchesini Group, an Italy-based packaging machinery maker, will exhibit its flagship solutions at the Interpack Programme 2023. The Italian Group is mainly responsible for producing a wide array of sustainable, digitally modified, customised, sterile and aseptic packaging solutions highly demanded by the beauty or pharmaceutical sector.
{alcircleadd}Marchesini’s state-of-the-art, specialised machines accept various raw materials, including paper, recyclable plastic, PET and aluminium, to forge them into a pre-designated shape. The company’s line of 50 machines would be on display during the Interpack event, placing them separately according to definitive purposes.
Marchesini machines dwell under the common industrial standard to make eco-friendly packaging solutions that also follow all the safety guidelines. The need for recyclable packaging solutions is rising after the advent of the Paris Act of 2015, which specifically talked about global warming and Net-Zero.
During the event, a certain area will be booked for small and medium-scale pharmaceutical production, while a larger area will aim at producing sterile and injectable drugs. The company will tread beyond the usual aseptic filling line by introducing a monobloc machine for the high-speed automatic inspection of syringes, with an embedded renesting and denesting unit.
The company will also feature the brand new MA 360, a super-speedy continuous motion horizontal machine for creating packaging solutions in the shape of a carton with the help of glue or simple folds. This machine will enable any packaging provider to make more than 400 cartons per minute.
Marchesini Group mainly focuses on developing in-demand carton machines, and conveyors used heavily in the packaging industry and compatible with all types of packaging materials like paper, plastic or aluminium.
