The Technomet is an attractive and versatile aluminium enclosure suitable for various applications, including medical and wellness devices, industrial control, test and measurement, peripheral devices and interfaces, switch boxes, communications, and laboratory equipment.
It features a modern and cohesive design, with diecast aluminium bezels at the front and rear that fit flush with the main case body. Snap-on trims conceal the case and front panel fixing screws. The anodised front panel and removable rear panel are recessed to protect keypads, displays, connectors, and switches.
The internal aluminium chassis is pre-punched for three, five, seven, or nine PCB guide rails, and circuit boards can slide in and out for quick and easy installation, inspection, and maintenance. The base has four mounting pillars; all case panels are fitted with M4 threaded pillars for earth connections.
The aluminium enclosure is available in 11 sizes, ranging from 225 x 200 x 75mm to 350 x 320 x 150mm. Eight sizes come with a standard tilt/swivel carry handle, while many others feature ABS side handles for easy portability. All enclosures come with four modern ABS feet with non-slip pads.
The enclosures come in two standard colours, light grey and anthracite, but custom colours are available upon request. Accessories such as front panels, PCB guides, and panel fixing screws are also available.
Metcase can fully customise Technomet to meet specific requirements, including custom sizes, front panels, CNC machining, fixings and inserts, painting/finishing, and photo-quality digital graphics, legends, and logo printing.
